CRL Ltd is seeking to develop it its client base, initially in the south of England, and is looking to trial an appointment maker. Potential clients range from large multi-national businesses to SME businesses (100+ employees) who are seeking to develop management skills and impact the local community.
We are looking for an effective and experienced appointment maker who has the presence, tenacity, and personal skills to initiate outbound telephone calls, establish client needs and gain good quality one hour appointments for our Account Manager / MD to meet with HR Directors and decision makers.
Initially, we are looking to average 4 • 6 qualified appointments each month for a three month trial. Budget is as always limited, however , we are happy to be flexible in payment structure between a fixed fee per appointment and a percentage commission on successful sales. Our budget allows a fixed fee only approach maximium of £50 per appointment or a commission only rate of 10%. These rates should be reduced in different combinations for a joint earning solution.
Training will be given on how this approach works in more detail, and the different ways a client business can leverage value from its development budget.
