Boutique management consulting practice is searching for a highly-innovative marketing specialist for a forthcoming event for high-level executives. Experience with campaigns directed to C-Suite Executives and developing/designing content directed to C-Suite Executives. Your main goal is to bring new users to the website and drive conversions of paying clientele for a new executive program.
This is a new initiative with great upside potential and opportunity to benefit from success. Your responsibilities include strategizing, planning, implementing, and monitoring campaign. In addition to being a strong communicator, you must also demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategy and growth including (e.g. Linked In email marketing, google sponsored ads)
• Optimize messaging strategy and in a way that drives conversion while feeling authentic
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills
• Manage all database segmentation to target audiences accurately
• Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with developing messaging and campaigns targeted to C-Suite executives highly desirable
A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or advertising position
• In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices and website analytics
• Proven experience and success with Linked-In Sponsored Ads, Google Ads and Facebook
• Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Squarespace, Hubspot CRM
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 5-10 hrs a week
