London's largest contemporary furniture showroom is looking to hire an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager who loves luxury goods and is committed to doing what it takes to help us launch and grow our B2B platform as well as grow our web conversions and showroom traffic.
Our company's mission is to "Exceed our clients expectations through expert design, beautiful products and superior service" and our vision is to be the UK's best 360* Luxury Furniture & Interior Design house.
We are looking for energetic candidates who are aligned with and excited by our mission & vision.
Work part time, from home, flexible hours - we're looking for someone who can give us approx 100 hours / month to start with.
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities include building the digital marketing strategy, acquiring new customers via digital channels and ensuring that the FCI London site and social channels and all paid presence is positioned in the most optimised way to grow the audience, engage, and drive enquiries and showroom footfall.
You will be strategic but creative coming from a digital marketing background and a strong understanding of building aspirational brands and driving commercial results from highly targeted campaigns.
The role could be full time or part time and office based or virtual.
Strategically plan, create, edit and execute the content marketing strategy for the busines
Increase the social media following/audience and interaction with the posts
Plan digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and paid social
Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns;
Produce detailed marketing plans for content and digital campaigns that are aligned with wider seasonal campaigns, brand campaigns and are on budget;
Content Management: working closely with freelancers and back office teams to ensure the website content remains up to date
Issue weekly and monthly reports pertaining to Paid Media campaigns, outlining performance, revenue and applicable relevant metrics
Be an innovator, someone who loves to test and trial new initiatives and share learnings with the team
Monitor competitors and ensure we are ahead of the pack
Build and manage autoresponder campaigns
Manage content and email campaigns from our CRM system
Skills Required:
You will have at least 8 years Digital, Online, Social Media experience within luxury retail / FMCG industry;
Proficient in the use of Google analytics and using to drive digital marketing insights
Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and negotiations
Experience with budget management
Problem solver, ability to learn on your own or as part of a team, and stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends
Experience with small/mid- size entrepreneurial environment with high growth
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
You will have a strong visual and writing skills;
You will be a creative thinker;
Strong knowledge of pay per click advertising, particularly Google AdWords;
Solid knowledge of targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram amongst other platforms;
You will have an experience in implementing adequate tracking, including Facebook pixels
You will have an experience in using Lookalike audiences
Be comfortable using Google Analytics, able to navigate the system and pull out data required;
A passion for consumer trends, lifestyle, style! A real enthusiasm for digital marketing and social;
