Marketing Plan/Strategy

I would like a marketing plan/strategy with timeline for my business, initially for 12 months with the possibility of covering up to 24 months.

THE BUSINESS
Kiddi Bop is a fun music and movement class for pre-school children, classes are run locally and are aimed at pre-school children, nursery and pre-school providers, child minding groups, Sure start centres and Children’s centres, we also offer birthday parties. Classes run during school term time only, birthday parties are available throughout the year.

The business has been running for 18 months and we are struggling to maintain numbers in some classes whilst in other areas we have had very little take up despite our best efforts.

OUR MARKETING
We have used a number of different ways to promote the business including printed postcards in school bags, shop windows, direct mailing to nurseries/pre-schools and our sign written car. We have Twitter and Facebook accounts but don’t really know how to fully utilise these and we also have a website (www.kiddibop.co.uk) but again are unsure how to promote this other than adverts on a few relevant sites (net mums, Whatson4).

OUR AIM
We are looking to increase the number of classes we hold by expanding into new areas of the town, as well as increase the numbers within the classes in our current locations, we would also like to increase the uptake of our birthday parties and require a marketing plan to allow us to do this.

As I am not experienced in marketing I am unsure as to a realistic budget but use £100 per month as a guide, if this is not a realistic figure then we can look at our options.

The timeframe for this is flexible but looking to have the plan ready within the next few weeks.

It would be good if you could provide samples of any work you have completed with regard to marketing plans in order to help me in making my decision.
