Marketing Feedback Survey Analysis

I have produced a 2 feedback survey for a recruitment company, reviewing customer (candidate) feedback over the last quarter. The surveys nearly identical, but were sent to different customers (candidates and clients).

They're both 5 question surveys (plus contact details), including quant and qual feedback. I need some analysis for each question - reviewing key trends of each question, comparing findings, the subsequent feedback, recommendations based on the feedback and producing a short report on said trends.

The findings need to be easily digestible - in text and graphic format. I can provide an example of the previous reports that were produced.

The survey is on a Microsoft survey, so the data will be provided in an excel file and can also provide the graph summary.
