I need somebody to conduct calls for a Client Satisfaction Survey.
The project involves calling a list of approximately 80 clients who have all worked with us within the last 12 months. We require a minimum of 25 successfully completed surveys. Contacts are happy to help, and these numbers have been achieved easily over the past four years.
We are just asking what Clients liked and didn't like about working with us. We don't ask for any personal insights beyond their experience with us, and don't follow up with additional sales calls, emails and so on. We do ask whether clients are happy for us to use their comments in our marketing.
The calls need to take place during working hours in January and early February, but the schedule can be completely flexible within this. Approximately 5 days of calling overall. Calls must be completed by 10th February.
You will need to capture the results of the calls in Excel, and the more you can write down from the conversation, the better. We don't just want boxes to be ticked, we want to understand how Clients feel about their experience of working with us.
