I need a jotform created

I’m looking for an experienced Jotform specialist to complete a conditional commercial finance application in my existing account. The opening question should ask which type of commercial finance the applicant requires, with seven options to choose from. Each selection must direct the applicant to the relevant fact-find section, which must be completed before submission. The Asset Finance fact-find is already built; the remaining six need to be created and integrated. Please ensure the form is clear, professional, logically structured, easy to use on desktop and mobile, and thoroughly tested to confirm every option leads to the correct section.
