I'm looking for an individual with experience in creating online surveys, specifically using Snap Surveys (https://www.snapsurveys.com/) to work with on an ongoing basis.
Our clients are professional services firms (law firms and accountancies mostly) for who we conduct client satisfaction research.
Our surveys are usually short (5-10 minutes to complete) with some routing rules, requiring desktop and smartphone versions. Strong visual layout skills are important - examples of your previous work would be helpful.
Occassionally we do use Snap's built-in analysis and reporting functionality but usually export to Excel and Power BI.
Please don't respond with suggestions of alternative software applications - we are strictly interested in using Snap Surveys only.
