Experience Level: Entry
I have an online training academy with a range of about 30 courses explaining to people how to represent themselves in court.
I have about 250 people who have signed up to the Academy and of those, 30 have puchased, 150 have watched a couple of free short lectures and the others did nothing. The ones who purchased rave about how much they learned and how invaluable the courses were.
I want to send out a survey to all students to try to find out what they were looking for, what they found and what they didnt find. What did they hope to get and why did they back off.
I am really only looking for the right questions to ask to get the answers I need, but hopefully you know more than I do about how this should work and can advise me if there is a better way.
I would need you to look at what I do and understand my business to be able to do this properly.
I am also happy to keep an ongoing relationship going with the right person. I am good at what I do, but am not good at marketing and sales.
Dont be swayed by the budget, a good job costs what a good job costs in my view. (You just have to be good at what you do to charge more) Enthusiasm to do a good job is important.
