Watersports proposals for wellness center

I need proposal of 4 or 5 different type of watersports that can be part of the wellness center activity and to earn from it .. the proposed type of activities should Not need a lot of equipments and not hard to practice.. the freelancer can propose 8 first and I will choose from it then he can continue the proposal .. the proposal should include full details of each Watersport, how , what and site requirements. the wellness center will have a beach access..
