Strategic research (SWOT) for Mapping App

I am looking for someone to work closely with me over the next week to explore a popular Maps app and it's key competitors. The output of the work will be a detailed SWOT analysis, our views on market segments served and segments that could expand into. We will also consider thoughts on how to grow revenue and which feature sets we should consider for the future and how you will go about doing discovery and validation on these new proposed features.

To work well together you will be quite a detailed person and good at formally structuring ideas & concepts to create a cohesive SWOT analysis.
