I’m asking you to make a PPT presentation that walks me through the following prompt. The presentation should be 15-20 minutes in length, and should contain elements relative to the prompt below:
As part of the Sales Operations team, we maintain the sales forecast. During our weekly forecast cadence, we typically provide guidance to group leaders on things to pay attention to including pipeline strength. Recently we’ve also brought all our sales support processes online and report on these using a group of fields we call path to close.
You will be using a subset of our forecast data and will provide us insights into the data in the form of
a weekly forecast PPT deck. Assume you are entering the first month of Q1 and that we should have an average sales cycle length of approximately 120-180 days. Assume also that some sales reps are not yet where they should be with forecasting their entire sales cycle length.
A good presentation for this prompt will have these elements (and potentially more):
- High Level Overview at the executive level for Q1 and Q2
- Insights into each team / interesting aspects about the data
- Recommendations on how each team can improve their forecasts
- What else do you wish you knew to improve the business’s forecast?
**(This needs to be completed no later than 4/14 close of business. Please let me know how many hours you think you will need to be able to do this.)**
