Overview

I need a researcher to build a targeted B2B contact list of 100 property management firms based in London and the South of England

This list will be used for a direct email outreach campaign. Accuracy and relevance are more important than speed. Quality over quantity.

Target Profile

Type of firm:
Property management companies specialising in residential block management (leasehold flats, apartment blocks, purpose-built residential developments). This is distinct from lettings agents or estate agents — I need firms whose primary work is managing communal areas, service charges, and compliance for residential blocks.

Geography:
London (all boroughs) and South of England. Firms with offices or portfolios in these areas qualify even if headquartered elsewhere.

Size:
Any size, from independent firms managing a small local portfolio to regional and national operators. Do not include large national corporates such as FirstPort, Savills Residential, or Knight Frank unless they have a smaller regional office with a direct contact.

Minimum 100 rows. Duplicates removed. No lettings-only agencies.

- Industry directories such as ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) member list

Quality Requirements

- Email addresses must be real and verifiable — no guessed formats such as firstname.lastname@domain.com unless confirmed
- Contacts should be decision-makers, not junior administrators
- Each entry should have at minimum: company name, location, and a working email address
- Please flag any entries where the email could not be verified
