Research & Startegy Advice

We are investing in a new service provision as an existing business and I'd like someone to carry out some market research and put together a strategy to roll this venture out.

We're an existing business (facilities management & drainage), and we're investing in a tanker, whilst we go through the legalities (which will take 2/months), I'd like to spend this time looking at what we can achieve with the asset and a plan around marketing this once we're mobile.
