Research assistant to investigate outdoor living trends (UK)

I have a research project that requires a research assistant and I am looking for someone who is able to investigate, catalogue and summarise research references that demonstrate growing trends within the outdoor living category eg outdoor kitchens, dog-friendly gardens, community gardens.
There will be 5 trends in total, which will be listed for you. The assistants role is to search out market data statistics and references for these trends, validating the data in terms of locality (UK only), date, legitimate sources. For example if a newspaper publishes an article on dog-friendly gardens with statistics showing growth in this trend, I would expect the assistant to find the original source of these statistics and validate that source (not just the newspaper article).
