Research and Data Entry

I want help with a short term research project. I am trying to sell an oil well in Russia.

I want to research all the oil exploration and production companies in the UK and put them on my database if there is any connection with Russia or perhaps simply that they are not entirely focused on, say, Angola. Data Sources will be:
1 Creditsafe database downloads which will provide Skeleton Data entries.
2 Annual reports on CD from Annual Reports Service
3 Searching Financial Times news cuttings
4 Web searches to find the manager making decisions about exploration.

After this there will be envelope stuffing and appointment setting or possibly finding someone to whom this can be outsourced.

I prefer someone local to Bridgend who can come into the office for guidance and intstruction. If I can set up a VPN then the bulk of the work can be done remotely. However, I don't have a VPN set up and it may be impossible. My database is on Lotus Approach, part of Lotus Smartsuite. You will need to set yourself up with Lotus Approach to use the VPN. It is simpler to come into the office.

I think that there will be 250 companies to research. I think that each one will require 30 minutes. Quote both a fixed price and per hour.

I have other similar projects in the future, in particular I am looking for investors in pig farm in Russia and in hotels and tour operators in Sochi in Russia. If I sell the oil field then its a full time job with removal expenses to South Wales for a good candidate.
