Psychology Of Consumers

Hello my name is Rhys.  

The objective of this project is, I'm looking for an experienced professional who has knowledge and experience in understanding the psychology of consumers.  

In the near future, I will be running online surveys on consumer's shopping habits.  

Also I will be conducting a focus group to get a deeper understanding of the respondent’s user experiences, as well as their behaviour. 

I would like to know what type of tests and questions will help me identify which emotional triggers influence consumers to make purchasing decisions on products and services.
