Property market research in France - all proposal bids considered

Looking for someone with an appreciation of characterful property to work their way down a list of french property listing websites, selecting the most characterful, beautiful, well presented offerings and listing them in a table (ideally in excel).

Please include the following information for your selections in your table:

- link to the specific property listing
- name of estate agent
- price (euro)
- region of France (I.e. should be one of these: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_France)
- number of bedrooms, bathrooms, total square feet, land size, pool?, tennis court?, other features?
- postcode OR name of nearest town

I am looking for someone to work down the list of agents systematically. Please only consider properties:

- less than €1 million
- with attractive, sharp, professional looking photos
- the 'better value' the better - there are fantastic country properties for less than €100k in some areas - these are certainly to be included on the list!

Please DO include characterful properties that are in a state of disrepair if they look like an exciting project for renovation.

I am looking for the shortlist to be done by scanning pictures. This is because there is a large number of properties to sift though and I need only the very best of the large bunch. Therefore the individual does need to have a good understanding and appreciation of property. I would like you to work through the list systematically until you reach about 100 selected properties.
