On page seo wordpress website

Hi, we have a wordpress website www.irizar.co.uk when first launched it went to the top of google but has now disappeared. We believe this is down to the set up in the background of meta tag, descriptions etc. We need an hourlie to do specific seo for our market and our website to tune it correctly. We are looking to rank for "coach sales" and "coach for sale" in the uk. We are not in a competitive market for the search terms only having around 14 competitors.

Uk based hourlies only please.
