General information for the business: Using the Net Promoter Customer Loyalty questioning methodology

Extra notes: I need a native Swedish speaker to undertake simple but important research on behalf of a client of mine, commencing for 5 working days on 22nd September. The research requires calling existing customers and asking 2 or 3 very simple questions based on the Net Promoter model (NPS):
1. On a scale of 0-10, where 10 is high, how likely is it that you would recommend [company name] to a colleague?
2. What would you say is the main thing influencing your score?
Questions will be asked in the local language. The second question allows the customer to feedback in his own words, so it's vital you can write down everything the customer says WORD FOR WORD in the local language, and then translate it in to English. This is all done on my client's CRM for which training will be given (very easy to use). If you think you can help, please get in touch ASAP.
Please note, I will only accept bids where you *mother tongue* is Swedish. Please do NOT bid if you are not Swedish. I will however consider strong applicants where the language is a secondary and very fluent/strong language but preference will be given to native speakers.
Knowledge of the NPS model is helpful but not essential. For more information, simply Google 'Net Promoter Score'.
