Market research transcription

Hello. We've got 17-18 hours of audio in 12 separate files from focus groups that need transcribing into Word. This needs completing by Friday November 30th London time. It's about health insurance so they'll be some medical and financial terminology. The language used is Australian English. English English spelling preferred. There's no need to have individual respondents identified as this is for machine-based analysis. But we do want the mediator comments noted and highlighted in one set and another with the mediator's comments excluded. There's no need to include your comments if there are inaudible elements or other non-spoken noises - just skip them. Eight of the files can be downloaded as web-based links, four are browser-based. After we've received them you'll need to delete them from your own files. Thanks for looking!
