Market Research Professional - Food / Cafe / Restaurant Industry

We're looking for a market research professional to find out some information to some specific questions.
The individual must understand the Retail / Food Industry and have had experience researching similar areas in the past.

The list of questions will be simple and primarily geared around trends, facts & figures in the restaurant / cafe industry.

Some of the questions include:

How many restaurants & café’s are there?
- Australia
- USA
- UK
- Europe
- The World

How many are Owner-Operated?
How many are Franchised?
How many are part of a Corporate Chain?

How much on average do they spend on Advertising?
- Café
- Restaurant
- Bar

What is their return on Investment?

etc....

All of the research needs to be referenced back to it's sources and verified by at least another 2 sources. We understand that this may sometimes be impossible to do based on the question, and in that case, a single source is fine, but the more general questions need some more in-depth research.

The entire project is relatively simple and will comprise of 12 questions in total.

At the end, we will require some graphical representations of the data - your creativity and ability to display data in a clear graphical format will be a huge asset here.
