Market Research on internet

I need some data to be collected for uploading on a website. Specifically I need all press mentions, articles and clippings related to 3 films and a film director (perhaps about 50 searches using a combination of film title, festival it has been, or news it has been around). Some links are buried, and require digging to find.
Each link needs to be entered into a spreadsheet with a description of the link, headline, url and date the link was posted, together with a pdf attachment of the article or screenshot. I estimate this will take about 8 hours of work.
