We are an ethical, e-commerce jewellery brand in the lab-grown diamond space, looking for a proactive, passionate junior or graduate marketing consultant to support our monthly marketing strategy and execution.
This is a light consultancy role, ideal for someone starting out in marketing, looking to gain experience while making a real impact with a purpose-driven brand. We are not currently disclosing our brand name, but we work in the luxury, ethical jewellery space and pride ourselves on offering a personal, conflict-free experience to customers—particularly helping individuals and couples during their engagement journey.
You will support us on a flexible, monthly basis with:
Providing simple, actionable monthly marketing plans
Suggesting and helping execute social media content ideas (Instagram/TikTok)
Identifying areas to grow brand awareness and engagement
Recommending SEO and light content marketing suggestions
Supporting with audience research and competitor benchmarking
Creating a marketing calendar template we can follow each month
Giving feedback on our website and suggesting CRO (conversion rate optimisation) ideas
Brainstorming ideas for collaborations or partnerships (especially for underrepresented voices in jewellery)
Advising on light email marketing and nurture flows (e.g., welcome series or product education)
