I need holidaymaker research

I need to find a list/lists of holiday makers who like to go on authentic experience holidays

ie

stay in a hotel in spain that gives them the true authentic experience of local spanish life
or
stay in a hotel in the highlands of scotland that gives them the authentic scottish highland wilderness experience

People who like going on experience/authentic holidays and to get to know the local area when they go

so this might be a list you already have froma tourist board or may be a scrape from a suitable site

Target area is scotland so could be lists from the UK but holiday makers from the USA would be good

so not just general holiday makers who want to come on a package holiday

Im looking for a list of people who have already been on such an experience holiday or who have expressed somewhere an interest in going on one.
