I need a HR/CEO email address list for councils in England

Hello hello,

I'm looking for the contact details (first name, last name and email address) for HR Directors/Heads of HR for councils within the UK.

I have a list of which councils I am looking for which will be provided to whoever wins the project.

I also need each email address verified through a verification tool to ensure it's a valid and active email (I will do my own crosschecking via LinkedIn before confirming project has been successfully completed).

Criteria for the email data:

1. Job title - needs to be HR Director / Chief People Officer / Head of HR or Head of Human Resources / CEO / Chief Executive Officer

2. Location: England

3. No. of councils: 343 (list will be provided)

4. Emails need to be company email addresses - no Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail etc

5. Emails need to contain the person's name - e.g. Sarah.John@company.com instead of hr@company.com

6. Data to be submitted as a .csv file - First name, surname, job title, council

When responding to the project, could you give me an idea of how long this will take you to do?
