I have a presentation and would like some help with it

I have got through to a final interview for a furniture company looking to launch a store in the UK. I work in the industry and have been doing so for 17 years for the UK largest sofa retailer. The interview has not required me to put a presentation together. They asked me to have a think about what I would need to start this project. I have put together what I think I would need initially. I suppose I'd like your help is to look over the deck and see if there is anything you would add change in layout or content
