Help with data & research for our pitch

I'm looking for someone to help me with research-backed data for our pitch deck which is going out to our potential sponsors. We are using this for our esports project in the local community. The data required is as follows;

Audience data - Identify our target audience and analyze their needs and wants
30 data points on audience - Who, what and where. What is their behavior pattern and what drives them
Utilizing this data what is our expected traffic flow for our project
What will our sponsors gain - Awareness, exclusivity, marketing

Ideally we will need someone with experience and potentially some interest our field
