IF YOU LIKE RESEARCH, COMMUNICATING WITH OTHERS AND HAVING THE REWARD OF KNOWING THAT YOU'VE DONE A GREAT JOB THEN THIS COULD BE THE PERFECT JOB FOR YOU!
Our client has the need of a villa for a corporate let in a particular area of Spain, so we need someone to search for agents, give them the requirements and send suitable property suggestions.
Some Spanish agents (who also include a lot of British companies/business owners who operate in the area) are very efficient and get back to you right away, and some don't therefore you all need to be able to chase the agents and come back with property suggestions that we can give to our client.
It is now summer and therefore many properties are unavailable. However our client needs a 6 or 11 month let starting from the End of June. And there is still a huge excess of empty properties with owners just wanting someone to rent from them. We need your help to make the connection.
The property will be very modern and ready to live in. You will have a few areas to search within. You will need to register with agents using the email address provided.
Ability to speak Spanish is not essential with English 'property services' companies however it is a bonus if you can, when contacting Spanish agents.
You will also need to do research on the internet, and also contact property owners selling there properties or holiday letting, and see if they would be willing to consider renting if the property is available.
You can also possibly assist by arranging viewing appointments for shortlisted properties, although that isn't necessarily going to happen over night.
You will have 2 weeks to complete the job. Within which time you will maintain regular contact with us on your progress.
The agents will be directed by you to contact us directly on the appropriate phone number.

You will need to also use the phone to make calls, we will provide you with a 'soft' internet phone to do this and therefore the cost will be on our bill. You will need a headset for this.
HOW WILL YOU KNOW YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED:
1. Supply a minimum of 20 properties that match the brief to be viewed by our client which are available to rent for the time period required.
2. At least 30-40 agents need to be registered with the requirements
Ultimately success would be the client renting one of the properties, however you are not in control of that. So the above 2 points will make you know that the job has been competed from your side.
