Help needed researching a health conference programme

I need someone to put together a one day policy conference programme related to young children and the management of health conditions. This means that the speakers will need to be a combination of MPs/politicians and health professionals. The main thing is that you need to make the sessions topical and interesting; if you are not sure about what speakers might be useful don\'t worry as I\'ll fill in the gaps. I have a two week deadline for the programme to be put together. Please feel free to ask questions; they will be replied to privately.
