Gather list of 5000 frontend engineers

We're looking for someone to conduct some desk research, ideally using automated tools to identify and gather contact information for 5k potential users.

The idea is to generate a list of 5k contacts with the following information:
- Name
- Title
- Company
- Email
- Linkedin

Now, they must be frontend engineers working with React or NextJS. Their titles could be Engineer, Senior Engineer, Junior Engineer, Frontend Engineer, Software developer, Web Developer, React Developer, Next.js Developer, Frontend Technical Lead, Frontend Development Lead, Principal Frontend Engineer, Frontend Software Architect, Engineering Manager, CTO, Engineering Lead

I do expect you to use automated tools to gather this information.
