Find mobile contact numbers for Sales Managers and Directors UK

I am starting a new recruitment division and want someone who is able to find direct WORKING mobile contact numbers along with names of hiring managers such as National Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Commercial managers and managing Directors for Woundacre companies. We will consider other medical companies but improtantly must be active working contacts.

There are approx 50 companies to go at in woundcare.

Please explain how you would find these or if you have these already and an idea of cost.
