European property investment articles research - all proposal bids considered

I am looking for someone with a genuine interest in property and the property market to undertake one of 2 strands of research regarding investment in property in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Europe more generally. I would like the person to look for the 25 best (!) articles / guidance documents / market research reports on the Internet about one of the following topics:

1. WHERE to buy (/'invest') in property in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, or Europe more generally (regionally / types of property / etc) in terms of accessibility, property value trends, local facilities and general area attractiveness, etc.
OR
2. HOW to buy property in these same countries and Europe more generally (is the property market structured the same way? What needs to be considered? What are the conditions and costs to those investing / buying from the UK / abroad more generally?

I am not simply looking for the first 25 sites on Google! I am looking for a qualified list of links set out in a table under 3 headings
- The url link of the article/report,
- a few words about what it addresses, and
- a short reason why you believe this is one of the best articles that you can find on the subject it addresses (I.e. The validity and credibility of the source - I.e. is it a national newspaper or a well known research company? Is it well presented? Is it on a specialist travel blog / well patronised travel site? How recent is it? Etc.)

When we get started, please send me 2 or 3 examples so we can check the direction and make sure you're coming up with the right kind of thing.
