Etsy Shop Manager - Sales revenue growth

I’m looking for someone with proven success selling digital products on Etsy to take over, manage, and grow my shop. This is not a beginner role — you must already know what works in 2025 and have results to show.

Your role:

Audit and optimise listings (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails).

Manage SEO, keywords, pricing, and conversions.

Create and test digital product bundles or variations.

Run and report on Etsy Ads or organic growth campaigns.

Drive consistent monthly sales growth.

You must:

Show evidence of previous Etsy success with digital products.

Understand Etsy analytics and how to increase traffic and conversion.

Communicate clearly and take full ownership of results.
