Design of sales flyer

We require a sales flyer designing for a new energy saving product. The flyers will be dropped on residential property door mats so needs to be precise and to the point however needs to explain what the product is and does as it is completely unheard of.

We would like somebody who has experience in designing this type of eye catching and attention grabbing flyer. This is the first campaign we are running with this product where we will be offering a special discounted price, if it's successful we will be continuing with a further rollout so there may be addition work after this.
