Database of world ministers

We require a excel database with name, email , job title, country and LinkedIn profiles for as many people as possible who work in senior positions at the following:

Minister for food and agriculture
Minister for international trade and development
Minister for farming
Minister for Horticultral
Minister for Sport

We require these contacts and as many of there staff as possible for every country in the world.
