Database 1500 properties in my area and research ownership

I have access to a database of all properties in Queenstown Lakes District, New Zealand (including the owners' names). I need someone to put together a database of 1500 of these properties and to research each owner, establishing whether they are likely based in New Zealand, what companies they own (if any), what other properties they own, and any contact details that can be found online for them via websites, LinkedIn, etc.

This will be quite a manual process and require some teaching from me to assist you in getting started and knowing what to look for. If it goes well, we will move on to other regions around New Zealand.
