Data Compilation and Data Entry for Maryland Properties

I need a search performed for on the Real Property Database for the State of Maryland. You will compile a list of publicly listed, non-owner occupied properties (ie. rental properties) and compile the list in an Excel spreadsheet. I have full step by step instructions on how to pull the data. It will require you to click, copy, and paste approximately 500 addresses, then list them in an Excel spreadsheet with the name of the property owner and the street address.
