Data collection of smartphone stores

THE BUDGET IS FIXED. YOUR PROPOSAL IS THE BUDGET FOR THE WORK
All data can be collected from Google and Facebook.
This is not a simple screen scrape, all data needs to be checked.

I need someone to collect data for the following:
Mobile phone stores for Canada and Mexico.
These will be smaller independent stores, not big stores like Apple, 3, T Mobile etc.
There are 10,000 stores to obtain.
I require Name, address, email address, website, facebook page.
All data needs to be delivered on an excel sheet which can be navigated and clicked to the store links.
All stores are mobile phone stores/mobile phone accessories, mobile phone repair stores

You will have 3 weeks to obtain the data.
