Data to include: Oxford Innovation would like to appoint a third party organisation to carry out a customer satisfaction survey at our three Nottinghamshire centres (Newark Beacon, Mansfield i-Centre and Worksop Turbine) for the financial year 2013/14. The main aims of the survey are to enable quantitative analysis of customer satisfaction levels, maximise participation and collect useful qualitative feedback.
Oxford Innovation will require the chosen organisation to carry out the following essential activities:
• Compile a 25 question survey.
• Target all centre customers. Over the three centres there are 177 customers, including; 97 office, 13 hot desk and 67 virtual tenants.
• Email the survey 3 times followed by 3 attempts at a telephone survey per contact.
• Carry out quantitative analysis and scoring of customer satisfaction at the question, section and general level.
