CSV File to be fixed

Hi,

We have several contacts CSV file & Excel to be combined just in one complete file with no error.

Some data of them need to delete...
we are talking about data collected from outlook email and contacts.
something around 40K contacts repeated as imported from emails, so send receiver are almost repeated. similar data in attached
