Create a B2B Database in a specific niche

I need a person with strong research and recording skills to create a B2B database of entities in Colombia (South America) that currently recruits local people for Work Abroad, Study Abroad or Teach Abroad opportunities.

The database will be used in an email campaign directed at establishing a B2B relationship with Colombian entities to recuit local people on behalf of my business, for teaching jobs in Southeast Asia.

Here is the data we need: 1. name of company, 2. email address (verified); and 3. website address. I expect the database will contain around 100 entites. It may be necessary to search in neighbouring South American countries to achieve the 100 entity target.

If all goes well, I will repeat the task in 3 or 4 other countries / regions.
