Contact search for language schools in Germany

We are interested in hiring someone to identify and compile a list of contacts for language schools in Germany. This involves the following work:
- Searching, selecting and compile a list of 200 contacts for language schools in Germany (more than 1 contact per school permitted, but 10 contacts for example is too much).

The schools must be chosen by the criteria below.
- These schools should not be franchises, i.e. they should not belong to a big nationwide franchise network (such as Wall Street Institute, Berlitz), they should be independent schools (if you don't understand this point, or don't know what a franchise is, ask me)
- These schools should deliver teacher-based traditional courses, face-to-face lessons, in school or at their customer's offices
- They should teach at least English and French

Also, ideally:
- These language schools should have corporate clients (BtoB offers)
- They should be medium-sized, and strong locally, in their city at least

Skills required:
* Web-based research skills, including soliciting and distributing information by email, subscribing and contributing to listservs (if necessary) and researching relevant information across a wide range of websites.
* A knowledge of German is obviously a big plus.
