We are looking for a Marketing expert to perform the tasks within the below scope on a monthly basis or as prioritized with the ConnectingPM management team:
* Create / maintain campaign strategies and plans
* Create / maintain marketing activity calendar (min 6 months in advance)
* Direct and guide digital marketing and social media specialists tasks
* Ensure marketing / social media content aligns with company brand )including approving ads/social media posts)
* Recommend strategies and improvements to marketing campaigns, personnel, processes, etc
* Document and maintain updated marketing related processes
* Provide mentoring and orientation to new marketing hires
