I am looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to create a comprehensive Excel spreadsheet of upcoming conferences and events that are actively seeking speakers between October 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.
These conferences should be located in North and South America and focus on Organizational Psychology, General Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or Management.
Scope of Work:
You will research and compile an Excel spreadsheet that includes:
Event Name
Event Dates
Location (City/Country)
Speaker Application Link (or Call for Speakers page)
Application Deadline for Speakers
Whether Speakers Are Compensated (Honorarium, travel coverage, etc., if available)
Link to the Conference Website
Ideal Candidate:
Strong internet research skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience gathering and organizing event or contact data
Fluent in English
Familiarity with conferences in psychology, HR, or business is a bonus
Deliverables:
A clean, well-organized Excel spreadsheet with at least 25-50 relevant conferences or events that meet the criteria
A brief summary of your search process and sources used
Deadline:
Initial delivery within 7–10 days from the project start date.
