We need to know the retail prices of competitor products within the audiology & ENT equipment sector across India.
This is a very tight-knit market where everyone knows each other and we would of course expect not to be named in the course of doing your research.
Each competing company has 1-3 main distributors in India who in turn will often have sub-distributors or on-line catalogue/shopping companies who also act as sub-distributors.
We are more interested in the price lists offered by the main distributors as the retail price offer by sub distributors can vary in order to make extra margins (particularly with the on-line companies). We would also prefer full price lists, but understand that it might only be possible to get prices for individual equipment.
If it the case that you can only secure prices from a sub-distributor or on line company it would be good to at least have prices of a few pieces of equipment from the main distributor so that we can compare and be aware of mark-up.
Basically, the more information the better.
I will be at your disposal 12 hours a day to answer questions you have via Skype, email or phone.
If you are a serious contender for the project we will send you a list of the companies we are interested in before the end of the bidding.
I am also happy to answer any questions you may have before the end of bidding.
