Competitive Analysis Report

I am looking to open up a Safari Camp/Lodge Business in Kenya. I am looking for someone to produce a Competitive Analysis Report. I would like to ideally find out what my competition nightly rates are, what are profit margins and selling points etc. and what the statistics are for travellers to Kenya.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we require report ideally by the end of this week or by the latest by Tuesday 19th November. Please only respond if you are able to commit to this date and are confident that you will have the completed report by the above date.
