Collect contact names, job titles and email addresses

I have attached a list of 450 companies, In this list I need the name, job title and email address for the Sales Director, Managing Director, Director or most senior person. I Only require 1 per company and we currently have 221 first names, 69 2nd names and each record has an email address, but as we have no job titles for these records therefore the names already in the list might not be for the right people. Also, many of the email addresses are not specific to a person, I need email addresses with the correct name, not info@ or sales@.

Please could you let me know if you can do this and to what level of accuracy and how long it will take.
