Amazon Listing,PPC,

My wife and I sell our own handcrafted products under Amazon handmade. We also have a Shopify web shop.
The Amazon Handmade department now wants white background photos for the products and now asks for product descriptions as bullets. We are currently dealing with these. During this process, we would like to reduce the number of products listed and deal more with product descriptions, advertising, PPC (whatever needs to be done).
We need restructuring in order not to make the mistakes we have made so far. Because of our kid's school problems and unexpected problems (and also Corona), our online sales have been messed up for the past year! Our sales need to rise again. We are planning to reduce our product number from 1600 to 300.
To put it briefly, we need to carefully examine our shop / products on Amazon and make the necessary corrections. So we need an eye that looks at us from the outside.
At least 15-20 of our products may need to be renewed from top to bottom. their advertisement, PPC campaigns, keywords, rearrangement of list descriptions etc. to be included.
