Advertising Sales Development

I have a website which is growing in visitors and performs well in Google organic. It is being regularly featured in the national media too, but I need help monetising it.

I am looking for someone who has experience in selling online advertising or sponsorship opportunities who can help identify more effective ways of generating revenue and then go out and sell them.

The website (www.thescholarshiphub.org.uk) is currently achieving between 90k and 100k page views per month from 27,000 unique users.

Current advertising opportunities on the site are:

- Selling sponsored blog posts either as they are or for additional fees I boost them to the home page as a featured article
- Weekly newsletter to 20,000 subscribers.
- Google ads but could potentially sell these spots to direct advertisers
- Targeted email campaigns to students studying particular subjects or in particular locations.


I am looking for other ideas and suggestions on how to further monetise the site.

I am looking for someone who has a solid track record in selling online advertising, understands how to cost online advertising, how to approach potential advertisers (either direct or via their agencies) and what they are looking for. Please provide examples of websites you have worked on.

Must be UK based and ideally have an understanding of the current UK Higher Education marketplace.
